Well, you wouldn’t exactly sit at this table, but I love it just the same. The dark wood makes it suitable for any design scheme, and the X legs are great for transitional style. I might have to put this on my list of must-buy furniture.
Love it, love it, love it:

I love that there are people out there designing and making such beautiful things for the home. Call me cheesy, but it totally warms my heart.
I know I’m not the biggest fan of nature, but I have a soft spot in my heart for these darling bird napkin rings. They’re so fresh, but woodsy. Not to go all Snow White on everyone, but I think these little birds would sing nice songs to me while I set the table. That’s really why I want them.

I’ve been tagged by Kelly De Luca over at Glamour This! Here’s how this goes down:
1. Link to the person that tagged you and post the rules on your blog. check
2. Share 7 random and or weird things about yourself.
Oh boy. I was homeschooled, I eat sour cream plain, I love this, I have an extra vertebra, I don’t like the childhood game of tag, and I love going to weddings!
3. Tag 7 random people at the end of your post and include links to their blogs.
I’m going to break the rules and just tag my friend Beth; her musings on life and more make my day.
4. Let each person know that they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.
Done and done.
Rather than provide my own round up of mushy, beautiful, sweet Valentine’s Day cards, take a look at what some of my blog buddies have posted.

At Home At Home’s collection of heart-tuggers.
Ok, I’m moments away (and by “moments” I mean “a few short weeks”) from getting (by “getting” I mean “renting”) my own place (by “place” I mean “small, but cute, apartment”), so I have home on the mind. Which really isn’t that different from every other day, is it?
On my wishlist for my new super-cute apartment (and by “my” I mean “maybe mine in the next 3 weeks”):

This potholder (or more specifically, 4 or so of them).

Truly, I’ll take anything on that site. It is my new fav.

I am so convinced that I would love my job even more than I do (impossible!) if I had these delightful file folders to organize my projects. Who wouldn’t want a desk job with these pretties gracing your cubicle?
Also, if anyone knows where I can find a petition to get a Paper Source in my area, let me know, I want to sign it.

Probably my favorite IKEA hack ever.

I don’t usually like to be negative on here, except when pointing out my least favorite things. In life. Ever. However, my recent perusal of Urban Outfitter’s latest catalog has prodded me speak up. The style now offered by The Big U.O. calls to mind two words…”sloppy harlot.” Why, you ask? Well, maybe it’s because of all this:
